The studio has a strict no minors policy, please arrange childcare ahead of time.

Our waiting area is a shared space for staff and clients, so please DO NOT bring anyone with you.  We do have some cute boutiques and coffee shops in the area where they can hang out and wait for you.

​

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. Your deposit will lock in the price at the time of booking, you will not be able to combine future offers, nor will price increases apply to you for that booking.

​

If you need to change your appointment you must give at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will need to re book with a new deposit.  

With at least 48 hours notice you can reschedule your appointment ONCE up to 3 months. (90 days) If you need to reschedule more than once or beyond the 3 months (90 days) you will forfeit the deposit and a new booking will be required.

All appointments will be rescheduled at the current pricing on the rescheduled appointment date, if you booked a promo you CAN NOT reschedule promo pricing, you will pay the regular pricing for that service for the new date.

Cancellation under 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, there will be a late fee of $100 OR your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited with a fee of $100. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to your appointment on time. If you are going to be late please let us know.

When you book an appointment, the procedure time is blocked off just for you, when you are late or do not show up, we can not fill that appointment on such late notice.

Must be 18 years old or older.

Must not be pregnant.

If you have had previous work work you must send photos before booking for approval.  Failing to do so, may result in disappointment on the day if Alison is unable to carry out the procedure. In this case, you will forfeit the deposit and pay a $100 fee.
